Required Qualifications (Firm)

A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services is required.
Experience may include wealth management, banking, accounting, or a similar professional environment.  Financial literacy is a must.

Additional experience is strongly preferred. Compensation and benefits will align with your background and grow as you demonstrate excellence, commitment, and mastery in your role.

📌 What You’ll Do (The White‑Glove Experience in Action)

You will be a key part of delivering the high‑touch service our firm is known for. Responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with clients, advisors and team members
  • Managing detailed client and account data with precision accuracy and care
  • Facilitating incoming transfers, rollovers, and distributions
  • Processing account service requests quickly and professionally
  • Conducting research within client accounts
  • Assisting in refining and advancing internal systems and processes
  • Contributing to a seamless, elevated client experience every step of the way
